As founders and builders using LaunchWithCursor request testing for their web and mobile applications, we assign eligible testing opportunities to qualified testers on our network.
We intentionally limit the number of testers we admit.
Why?
Because we don't want to build a platform with thousands of testers competing for a handful of jobs. We're building a healthy tester network where qualified testers have a real opportunity to stay active, complete projects and earn consistently.
Our target is for qualified testers to be able to earn at least ₦150,000 per month from software testing opportunities on the platform, and more! You can earn more as you take on more opportunities and build a strong reputation on the platform.

Yes. You'll still need to complete the LaunchWithCursor qualification process so that we can maintain a consistent standard across our tester network because we have our internal testing tools.
The work is designed to be remote, provided you have the necessary device, internet connection and ability to access the testing environment.
No, it's based on your availability. After taking and passing the course, LaunchWithCursor will start sending you paid software testing jobs through its platform. If you're available and willing to take a job, you will accept it; if not, you will reject it and wait till we send another.
Yes, but the specific amount of work or income is not guaranteed. The average payment for a testing job is ₦15,000, but that does not mean it can not be lower or much higher.
Testing rates will depend on the project, scope and rate established by LaunchWithCursor. Your earnings can increase as you gain experience and build a strong reputation on the platform.
Founders do not need to find you. LaunchWithCursor itself will send you jobs to do, which you can accept or reject based on your availability and willingness to work. Moreover, as you complete testing jobs, you will be accumulating feedback & ratings on your profile; therefore, at some point, your previous work experience will help you secure even bigger & more challenging software testing opportunities both through LaunchWithCursor or other firms.
One month. You'll be expected to study the materials, complete practical exercises and take assessments during the program. But these are simple things that you've probably been doing every day without paying attention.
You'll be able to re-take the assessment after the first attempt. If a candidate still does not pass at the second attempt, they will be mandated to join another cohort to re-retake the whole course and assessment. The goal isn't simply to collect your program fee. We want to ensure that testers who enter the marketplace actually have the skills required to provide quality work.
